Tips：This seminar will focus on the structure of the American court system. We will discuss the difference between state and federal courts and how each system is set up. We will also discuss the roles of the courts in making case law/common law and how attorneys research this law.
Note: James will be spending half an hour communicating with students

美国Temple大学比斯利法学院法律博士（J.D.)。曾在中国人民大学苏州国际学院讲授法律英语和英语口语课程。主要研究兴趣领域为法律英语与美国破产法。在我院讲授法律英语。能够用熟练中文交流。
